Kelly Lorraine Andrews’ What Happens When (May 2024)

SKU: N/A Category: Tags: , ,

Kelly Lorraine Andrews’ What Happens When is a winding garden of narrow corporate ladders, 2nd grade journal entry wisdoms, pleading purrs, and budding zinnias. Andrews’ poems are transparent, yet offer a lush unfolding—a tenderized plea to the red plastic swings of our nostalgia. This collection combs the hair of each of our adult sorrows with our childhood brushes, and we are transformed because of it. “What happens when/ I get what i want?”—you get a copy of this book.
